Payment policy
Supported payment methods.
BPS supports three primary payment methods, selectable at checkout (/checkout). All transactions are in VND and recorded in our system upon completion.
1. Cash on delivery (COD)
- Available nationwide for door-to-door deliveries.
- Customer may inspect appearance, SKU and quantity before paying the courier.
- Functional testing is not performed on-site — warranty applies if defects appear later.
- Orders above VND 10,000,000 may require a 20% deposit via bank transfer.
2. Bank transfer
- After ordering, bank account details are sent via email and SMS automatically.
- Use the order code in the transfer note to speed up reconciliation.
- You may upload the transfer receipt on the confirmation page to expedite processing.
- Once funds are received, the order moves to Paid and enters processing.
3. VIETQR (QR code)
- Selecting VIETQR generates a dynamic QR via our partner VideoSaaS.
- Scan with any banking app or e-wallet — amount and note are pre-filled.
- QR is valid for 15 minutes; if it expires, please reorder or switch method.
- Order is auto-marked Paid the moment the gateway confirms — usually within 5-30 seconds.
4. VAT invoice
BPS issues electronic VAT invoices on request. Provide company name, tax code and address in the order Note field. Invoices are emailed within 3 business days after order completion.
5. Refunds
- Valid cancellations or returns are refunded via the same channel used for payment.
- Refund time: 3-7 business days for bank / VIETQR; longer in some banks.
- Unpaid COD orders incur no refund.
6. Transaction security
BPS does not store card details. VIETQR transactions run on VideoSaaS infrastructure with two-way HMAC-SHA256 verification. Never share OTP, card password or PIN with anyone, including BPS staff.
