Return policy
Conditions for product return within 7 days.
BPS accepts returns within 7 days of receipt for any product sold on bps.com.vn. This is separate from the 24-month warranty.
1. Eligible cases
- Manufacturer defect found within the first 7 days of use.
- Wrong SKU, wrong quantity or missing accessories versus the order.
- Shipping damage (with unboxing video as evidence).
- Change of mind on sealed, uninstalled items with intact box, accessories and manuals.
2. Return conditions
- BPS seal, box, label, manual and all in-box accessories intact.
- Not installed, drilled, cut or modified.
- No scratches, dents or moisture.
- Invoice or order code available for verification.
3. Non-returnable cases
- Installed, used or firmware-modified products.
- Opened batteries or consumables.
- Custom-ordered items (custom colour, custom size).
- Products past the 7-day window.
4. Return procedure
- Step 1: Contact BPS via hotline 0909 958 737 or Zalo OA within 7 days, providing order code and reason.
- Step 2: Send photos / video for BPS to verify eligibility.
- Step 3: BPS issues an RMA code; ship the product back per instructions.
- Step 4: BPS inspects in 2-3 business days, then replaces or refunds at your choice.
5. Return costs
- BPS or courier fault: BPS covers two-way shipping.
- Change of mind: customer covers two-way shipping.
- Exchanging for a more expensive item: pay the difference; less expensive: BPS refunds the difference.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in 3-7 business days after BPS confirms eligibility, via the original payment channel (bank transfer, VIETQR). Unpaid COD orders incur no refund.
