Delivery times and fees by region.
BPS ships nationwide via trusted logistics partners. Fee and delivery time are shown transparently at checkout based on weight and destination.
1. Coverage & partners
- Partners: GHTK, GHN, Viettel Post, J&T Express.
- Bulky / heavy orders (long rails, lock batches > 20 pcs): dedicated coach lines with prior contact.
- Mountain / island areas: BPS confirms feasibility and surcharge before processing.
2. Delivery time
- Inner Da Nang: 1-2 business days.
- Major cities (Hanoi, HCMC, Hai Phong, Can Tho): 2-4 business days.
- Other provinces: 3-7 business days.
- Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends / holidays are counted from the next business day.
3. Shipping fee
- Calculated automatically at /checkout from volumetric weight and destination.
- Free shipping for orders from VND 3,000,000 within Da Nang and VND 5,000,000 nationwide.
- Remote area / island surcharges are shown at checkout before you confirm.
4. Packaging
Smart locks and electronics ship in 5-ply carton boxes with PE foam padding. Metal hardware is wrapped in anti-scratch paper and sealed with BPS tape. Orders over VND 5,000,000 ship with tamper-evident BPS sealing tape and a QR traceability label.
5. Tracking
- After ordering, you receive an order code (e.g. BPS-2024-000123) via email and Zalo.
- Check status at /orders/by-code/{code} or message the code to BPS Zalo OA.
- Once handed to the courier, BPS sends a waybill number for direct tracking on the partner site.
6. On delivery
- Inspect seals and box condition; if damaged, film the unboxing and contact BPS within 24 hours.
- Match the SKU against the invoice / order code before signing.
- BPS cannot honour missing/damaged claims after signing without an unboxing video.
7. Address change / cancellation
You may change address or cancel before BPS hands off to the courier (typically within 4 hours of placing the order). After pickup, please coordinate with the courier directly or contact BPS for assistance.
