Usage rules of bps.vn.

These general terms apply to anyone accessing bps.com.vn ("the Site") and using services provided by BPS TRADING & SERVICES CO., LTD ("BPS"). By continuing to use the Site you agree to the terms below.

1. User accounts

You may browse and order without creating an account.
If you create one, you commit to providing accurate info and keeping your password secure.
Actions performed via your account (orders, reviews) are deemed performed by you.
BPS may suspend accounts found engaging in fraud, spam or system abuse.

2. Ordering & confirmation

An order is recorded the moment you click "Place order" and receive an order code (BPS-YYYY-XXXXXX).
Orders are officially confirmed when BPS staff call or message you within 24 hours.
BPS reserves the right to decline or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, fraud is suspected, or stock is unavailable due to data errors.
The price and shipping fee shown at checkout is the binding price for that order.

3. AI assistant & Zalo support

BPS uses an AI assistant (Google Gemini / Groq) for product consultation via on-site chat and Zalo OA. AI may occasionally provide inaccurate information; for critical decisions (large orders, installation, warranty), please confirm with BPS staff via hotline. BPS is not liable for damages caused by acting on AI suggestions without confirmation.

4. Intellectual property

All content, images, video, logos, UI design and source code on the Site belong to BPS or its licensors.
You may view and print for personal use; mass downloading, automated scraping or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
Brand logos of distributed brands (SIKER, Staforce, Draho, PMA) belong to their respective owners.

5. Prohibited conduct

Unauthorised access, penetration testing or actions that overload the system.
Creating fake orders or exploiting promotions in bad faith.
Sending advertising / spam through contact forms or Zalo.
Using BPS APIs / tokens outside the granted scope.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BPS is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or revenue loss from use of the Site. Maximum liability, if any, will not exceed the value of the related order.

7. Amendments

BPS may update these terms. New versions take effect upon publication on the Site; the last-updated date is shown at the bottom of the page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court in Da Nang City.
